RETURNS
To return a product: Unfortunately for reasons that are out of our control you may receive goods that are damaged or faulty.
In the event of this happening, send us a message with invoice number, item code, quantity to be returned, and why you want to return it. Faults must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.
(Products purchased under the “Clearance” Section are not able to be returned)
Valid Reasons for Returns
- Item(s) Damaged or not as advertised.
- Incorrectly received item(s)
- Incorrectly received Quantity.
- Change of Mind (incurs a restocking fee 15%)
- Incorrectly Ordered Item(s) (incurs a restocking fee 15%)
What cannot be returned: Returns will not be accepted for certain items, such as those that are not in their original packaging or in new condition, have noticeable wear, or were not returned within the specified time frame. Incorrectly supplied items must be returned within 7 days, while items that were ordered incorrectly or are no longer wanted must be returned within 30 days. Additionally, special custom-built orders or cut lengths of chain that were ordered incorrectly are not eligible for return.
Shipping charges for products returned: Customers are responsible for paying all shipping charges for returned items if the return is due to the customer ordering the wrong item or changing their mind about the purchase. We do not offer reimbursement for shipping charges. However, if the item was incorrectly supplied by us, we will arrange and cover the cost of shipping for the return.
