that are out of our control you may receive goods that are damaged or faulty.<\/p><p>In the event of this happening, send us a message with\u00a0invoice number, item code, quantity to be returned, and why you want to return it. Faults must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.<\/p><p>(Products purchased under the \u201cClearance\u201d\u00a0Section are not able to be returned)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eaffa07 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eaffa07\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<b>What can be returned:<\/b><span>\u00a0Most of the items can be returned with a valid reason and must be made within 7\u00a0days for incorrect supply and 30 days for incorrectly ordered or change of mind. \u00a0All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.\u00a0The items must be returned in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned, and the credit will be denied, and the returnee will be given the option to have it returned at their cost.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b20289 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4b20289\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Valid Reasons for Returns<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Item(s) Damaged or not as advertised.<\/li>\n<li>Incorrectly received item(s)<\/li>\n<li>Incorrectly received Quantity.<\/li>\n<li>Change of Mind (incurs a restocking fee 15%)<\/li>\n<li>Incorrectly Ordered Item(s) (incurs a restocking fee 15%)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78a8342 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"78a8342\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">What cannot be returned:\u00a0Returns will not be accepted for certain items, such as those that are not in their original packaging or in new condition, have noticeable wear, or were not returned within the specified time frame. Incorrectly supplied items must be returned within 7 days, while items that were ordered incorrectly or are no longer wanted must be returned within 30 days. We do not offer reimbursement for shipping charges.
